Answers to common questions

To update your name, email or the password on your account, visit the Settings page on the Audible website.
If you did not receive your credit(s), your monthly membership charge may not have processed yet. To check the status of a membership charge, please visit your Membership History page on the Audible desktop site. Click here for more information.
Your purchased title may not be showing up in your Library because the purchase was not completed. Check our Help Centre for more troubleshooting steps for the iOS and Android apps.
Once you purchase a title, you can listen to it using the Audible app for iOS and Android, or by visiting your library on the Audible website.

Monthly Audible membership plans can be placed on hold for a duration of up to 1, 2 or 3 months to give you time to catch up on unused credits or simply take a break.

You can switch plans at any time. Click the button below and choose between a Monthly or Annual plan. You will be charged on the day you switch and that will be your new billing date moving forward.

Subscriptions can be removed from the Audible app on your device.

To permanently close your Audible and Amazon account and delete your data, go to the Close your Amazon Account page on Amazon.

  • Open your Audible app and tap Library.
  • Tap on a title to download it.
  • Tap on the title again to start listening.
