For Audible Premium Plus members, you may be eligible to pause your membership once every 12 months, for up to 90 days. While your membership is on pause, you won’t be billed your monthly membership fee.
Audible Premium Plus members can choose between a monthly or annual plan. You’ll be charged on the day you switch, and that day will be your new billing date moving forward.
Note: Only Audible Premium Plus members can switch plans. If you are not an Audible Premium Plus member, you aren’t able to switch plans at this time. For more information on switching plans, please visit our Help Centre.
Audible offers a variety of gift options for memberships and audiobooks. You can gift Audible to anyone, even if they're already a member.

If you live in Australia or New Zealand and have a current Audible US or Audible UK account with a default credit card on file, you can transfer your account and membership to the Audible AU marketplace.

You can close and delete your data anytime from the Amazon site. When you close your Amazon account, it will delete all data, including any purchased titles.

When contacting Audible Customer Care, please have the following information available:
  • Last 4 digits of any cards associated with the account showing the charge;
  • Date of charge;
  • Amount of charge;
  • The 9-digit code found on the Audible charge, e.g., MB3TM39P00; and
  • Your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
You can add, edit, or delete a payment method anytime.
