Sarah Robinson is an author and yoga teacher. She lives on the green edges of Wiltshire, just a few miles from Bath, UK. With a background in science, she holds an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience and has studied at the Universities of Bath, Exeter, and Harvard. Her work weaves together a love of myth, magic, and story, exploring how they can guide, ground, and inspire. Her first book 'Yoga for Witches' was published Friday the 13th, March 2020 with Womancraft Publishing and has since been published in French, Polish, and Chinese. Her other books include Kitchen Witch: Food, Folklore & Fairy Tale (2022) and The Kitchen Witch Companion: Recipes, Rituals & Reflections (2023) The Witch and the Wildwood (2024) and Witch Country (2025) Sarah is a sought-after speaker and teacher, featured on podcasts including BBC Open Country and in publications such as Kindred Spirit and Taproot. She has taught live workshops around the world, from America to Europe, and shares her work through the popular Witch Country podcast, which has 12,000+ plays and a loyal core of listeners. Her classes on the Insight Timer app have reached more than 22,000 students, and she engages a vibrant social media community via @thisiswitchcountry and @yogaforwitches.
