Maas studied psychology and philosophy in Germany and Japan. He researched and worked abroad for a third of his life. Maas speaks six languages. in 2010 he founded the management consultancy of the same name, Maas Beratungsgesellschaft mbH, focusing on the topics of recruitment, process optimization, organizational and personnel development. Due to his exciting experiences and refreshing approach, he is a keynote speaker and interview partner. Maas and his team have been researching and analyzing socially relevant topics since 2012. To this end, he founded the Institute for Generation Research. Research focuses are on the mutual influence of generations among one another, in companies, but also in society.
