Rebecca Blonder's path to publishing has been anything but linear. Although she started writing at the age of six and won various national contests, writing in her youth remained a hobby. It wasn't until a summer away in Newport that the story for the forthcoming Magnolya trilogy was born. Since that time, the narrative, the characters, and the covers for Book 1 have changed multiple times. In fact, the culmination of the story from the imagined word to the written word has taken over ten years. For Rebecca, there's no greater joy than finding her books across the world.
