Owen Gaffney is an Irish/Swedish writer and expert in global sustainability. He believes the future is bright for humanity, collapse is avoidable...once we get our shit together. Owen is the author of two books on the future of humanity. He wrote them from his perch at the Stockholm Resilience Centre and Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. When not writing, he fills the hours building networks like the Exponential Roadmap Initiative and the Planetary Emergency Partnership. He co-leads Earth4All and will join the Nobel Prizes team in October 2022. He lives in a forest on the Stockholm archipelago with his wife, two children and dog (Mist).
