Michael Portz was successfully born in the Rhineland in 1970. For more than 20 years, he has worked as a manager with big brands, he has founded companies as an entrepreneur and business angel, and he has lived on almost every continent. He draws on extraordinarily colorful experiences in building and leading teams and companies. Michael has managed up to 2,500 employees and was responsible for several hundred million dollars in sales.

He learned a lot about people, cultures, leadership, and himself, which he incorporates into his work today. As co-founder of the CoA Academy and as an executive coach, he now helps people and teams to make their lives easier and achieve their goals.
Michael’s passion is music.

Where there is a piano and good humored people, he loves to create special moments with his music. Michael is currently living with his three-generation family back in his home country.
