Christian Kohlhof studied particle physics, cosmology and economics, and is also a passionate sailor and coffee drinker. After a professional excursion into aviation and the banking industry, he recognized his actual talents and preferences, went into business for himself and successfully founded a coffee bar chain and a coffee roasting company. Together with his business partner, he led the startup to market leadership with more than 160 coffee bars. He managed a successful exit and is now following his true purpose: helping people achieve relaxed productivity. As co-founder of the CoA Academy, he now works as a trained NLP coach and shares his experience as a true leader. Christian has been happily married for almost 20 years and is the proud father of two wonderful daughters. Together they live in Munich.
