Hello readers and listeners. Permit me a quick introduction. By trade I am a practical Special Effects Designer for film and TV, having nearly 40 years experience on the floor, with 60 or so movie credits listed on IMDB… But poetry is my passion To date I have written 4 long form narrative poems and an anthology. My macabre and imaginative writing is mostly based around the darker side of historical fiction involving characters such as the notorious Scottish cannibal Sawney Bean, and the Hungarian Countess and vampire Elizabeth Báthory. I would dearly love to revive the once noble art of the epic poem, as I fear this unique way of storytelling is nearly extinct. I hope you will follow me on my continuing journey in rhyme.
