Jenny Owens is an occupational therapist turned author/speaker/non-profit leader who is passionate about helping people overcome the trauma of their past so that they can embrace a purposeful and hope-filled future. As an occupational therapist, Jenny specializes in traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress rehabilitation. After working for the Department of Defense for several years, she and her husband, Evan, founded REBOOT Recovery, a nationwide non-profit focused on addressing the spiritual wounds of trauma. Currently, Jenny heads up the program evaluation team at REBOOT Recovery, helping to demonstrate the program’s effectiveness through scientific research. She and her husband, Evan, have three young boys and live in middle Tennessee. She loves coffee, The Office reruns and gardening.
