JEREMIAH HEARD was born in New York, but since her maternal grandfather was born in Sicily, she has ties to the island nation's cuisine. Stella showed an early interest in cooking, a passion her mother tenderly instilled in her by teaching her the techniques of Italian cookery. Her interest was sparked by this early, formative experience, and she went on to explore and work in many kitchens, honing her culinary skills.
I've already authored over fifty cookbooks, one non-cookbook book (Medical Ethics for Dummies, surprise!), and many more cookbooks that I'm now working on. I like teaching others how to cook and make the most of their time in the kitchen since I love food and cooking. Keep checking back!
