I’ve been playing games in some way or another for most of my life. They are and have always been a large part of who I am. I knew since high school, I wanted to design games, and tell great stories. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Mark Herman and Eric Lee Smith for giving me the opportunity as an intern at Victory Games and started a fire that has never gone out in me. I am currently the owner and operator of Lock 'n Load Publishing as well as being the founder of The Gamers Network, Matrix Games, Strategic Games Publications, and at one point, the owner of The Wargamer. I have owned a few other businesses over the years, but I always keep coming back to gaming. Author Brad Smith took my Space Infantry story outline and turned into an exciting adventure based on our game series Space Infantry Resurgence. I want to personally thank Brad for working with me and making another one of my dreams a reality. I have a lot more stories to tell and to publish in the near future. I thank my beautiful wife and family for allowing me the time to pursue this dream. I also praise God for his blessing in my life and always being by my side. - David Heath
