From 1988 till 2008 I worked as Professor for mathematics at the university of Giessen, Germany. Since 2002 I am director of Mathematikum in Giessen, the world's first science centre for mathematics. I always wanted to bring mathematics to as many people as possible. Therefore, I give talks, make shows with math experiments, write books and develop (together with many others) new exhibits and exhibitions for Mathematikum.
