A.G. Nina is an experienced health researcher and the author of Menopause Made Easy. Nina is extremely passionate about women’s health, a subject that has been close to her heart since she was a teenager. Her mother and aunts all struggled with difficult menopause symptoms, and from a young age, she was determined not to face the same problems when she reached this important milestone. This primed her for a lifelong love of looking after her own health and learning everything she could to enhance her well-being, as well as a successful career as a health researcher. Women’s health often takes a backseat in the media, yet it’s something that affects over half of the population. Nina is determined to bring women’s health issues to the forefront of the conversation. Backed by scientific expertise, she explains how to target the issues that women face during menopause, taking a holistic approach to improving their overall health. Her publications combine practical information with interactive journals to empower women to practice self-care and healing at this transformational stage of life. Nina lives in the suburbs with her husband and two teenage daughters, whom she’s determined to share these same skills with. She lives an active lifestyle and loves nothing more than getting outside with her dogs and losing herself in nature.
