One of her best

Such a beautiful book, and invitation to shift towards compassion. The RAIN process feels more complicated to me than she implies, but I’ll stick with it for a few months. I like her other books too and this supports, doesn’t repeat, her self compassion book. Such a beautiful teacher

Deeply insightful and useful

This is a very beautiful, deeply moving, insightful and practical book from an author who has a very profound understanding. Every chapter gave clear guidance and built on the previous one. I found the guided meditations especially useful. The final chapter is a gem. This is one of the most engaging, best written books on the subject, that I have come across.
