Like a Mindfulness Weekend Retreat

For me listening to this audiobook felt like I was doing my own private mindfulness retreat at home. I found it very helpful and I enjoyed Sharon's teachings and guided meditations in this recording so much. I highly recommend it if you want to learn how to integrate mindfulness practices especially Loving Kindness meditation into your daily life.
