Neuphobes

Near some 35,000 years ago, a colony of aliens descends upon the Earth, striking an engagement with Paleolithic mankind. History unfolds through the eyes of Omegan, a watcher, who attempts to guide the "science-blinded" Technocracy from spiritual doom. Morphing from one epoch to the next, Omegan, a spirited Phoebian who lives through a succession of hosts, experiences life through others as ancient myths, biblical accounts, and much pre-dynastic history is corrupted by the presence of these species, and their manufactured servants, the Nephilim.

Eons ago, from the deepest reaches of outer space, came an alien exodus that would forever change the course of earth's history. A race of humanoids colonized our planet, living amongst ancient man, helping him to advance and build great empires. It is when Air Force Lieutenant Steve Coleman is abducted by these extraterrestrials that their intentions as to humanity are discovered. Although presented with eternal happiness while living in a utopian society, Steve remains distraught at the loss of his family and wrestles endlessly with the idea of escape.

This short novel is an accompaniment to my second book, From Whence They Came. It coincides with the time period as to when that story takes place, though from an entirely different perspective. By listening both pieces of fiction a more complete picture is revealed. Jimmy, the main character, is an entitled 30-something whose mundane life is suddenly swept up into a secret organization that is directly linked to the aliens and their world changing course of events.

Can a man with no memory - who has been missing for over 10 years and now institutionalized for murder - ever uncover the truth as to who he really is or where he’s been? Is it too late for his long beset wife and errant children to bring him back from the precipice of insanity, back from the depths of hell. With the government monitoring every aspect of his life, Steve Coleman is trapped within an apocalyptic world, harboring within him the answers to humanity’s fate, beholden unto all the universe.

Elijah remains the last person alive after the world ends. Wandering in desolation, he solemnly recounts his life story, unhappy with what he sees. He is discovered by alien twins, who themselves are the sole survivors of a crashed UFO - one of many spreading deaths across the face of the planet. The three awkwardly befriend each other, Elijah learning of them as they already know everything about him - including the purpose as to his being spared death.
