An AJ Docker Medical Thriller

The death of a nameless young woman in his emergency room spurs physician AJ Docker to seek answers. Together with his policeman friend and a police dog, he sets out on a quest for justice for his lost patient, but he discovers more questions than answers as he delves into the criminal world.

AJ Docker (Doc) and his guard dog, Banshee, move to a small town in the mountains for a slower-paced lifestyle. Doc settles into the idyllic setting with a rewarding job and enriching colleagues, as well as with a romantic interest who leads him to contemplate marriage. His new life seems perfect, until he begins to uncover the town's dirty secrets. A serial killer hunts in the woods, and dirty money flows throughout the town.

Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world, hosts an F1 race, the largest sporting event in the city's history and a prime target for terrorism. With over a half million people descending on the Strip for the event, a bomb detonated in a parking garage days before the race. In the emergency room, Doc fights to save the lives of a pregnant doctor and her premature baby injured in the blast, spurring him to risk his own life to find justice for the victims.

A trauma patient's dying request of AJ Docker leads him and his retired police dog, Banshee, to embark on their latest adventures. Partnering with his patient's sister, they embark on a quest to uncover powerful research that could alter the course of humanity. Shadowy enemies pursue them in Washington, D. C., in a race to capitalize on the information, while a new threat reveals itself at Doc's hospital. A greedy corporation is attempting to take over the emergency room, threatening the quality of healthcare nationwide.

Like other large cities, Miami, known for its beautiful beaches, night life, and cuisine, suffers from an ugly undercurrent of violence. AJ Docker is forced to face off with that subculture when a gang invades the emergency room and brutally murders one of his patients in front of him and threatens Doc himself. After he surmises that a woman and her young son may be next on the hit list, he and Banshee, his well-trained service dog, embark on a search for the killers to protect the innocent woman and child.
