Great plot. Great ending. Struggled with the gruesome bloody descriptions but nevertheless I loved it.

I found it hard to keep picking it u p.. The too graphic descriptions clouded what was a decent storyline, almost like showing off the authors medical knowledge. I did finish over a long period, hard to go back too, and got more pleasure from the last few chapters. not sure I could ever recommend other than strong stomachs.. good standard of writing so stick to what you do best.
