Frank and Joe Hardy drive to see the new Bayport Airport. Before even getting there the boys are almost run over by an airplane flown by the airmail pilot Giles Ducroy. As a result of the event, Ducroy loses his job, blames the boys, and then frames them for a mail robbery. F. Scott Fitzgerald published this captivating short story in 1926, a year after The Great Gatsby. One of his most famous short stories, Fitzgerald wrote “The Rich Boy” about one of his friends in the guise of a wealthy, old-money protagonist, Anson Hunter, and the effects of wealth on his character and thus with women, love, and life. It originally appeared in two parts, in the January and February 1926 issues of Redbook. “The Rich Boy” is a masterpiece of twentieth-century American fiction.

John Milton, author of Paradise Lost and Paradise Regained, calls for complete freedom of the press and speech and an end to any government censorship in 1644. Censorship is a perennial issue. In addition to insight into the English revolution, Milton has much to teach us today. Anyone interested government censorship should listen to this insightful text.

While enjoying a summer day boating on Barmet Bay, Frank and Joe end up saving Mary Todd from downing. She was on her way to see their father, Fenton Hardy about the mysterious disappearance of her brother. While Fenton Hardy went to search for him, Frank and Joe discovered a few small details about the missing professor. Fenton Hardy returned after his unsuccessful search as the boys were heading to a camping trip with Chet and Biff to Honeycomb Caves.

Focusing on the role, nature, and example of Jesus Christ, Owen ties together the Savior’s sacrifice on Earth to His ultimate glory and transformation at the Father’s side. Owen’s words reflect and therefore spark a unique craving to personally witness Christ in all of His heavenly and fully realized glory.
