When the clubhouse fills with smoke, First Daughters Marissa and Clara escape to find themselves in James Madison’s presidency, with the White House and capital city ablaze at the hands of invading British troops. Pursued by the redcoats, the sisters race through the countryside as the War of 1812 rages all around them.
