When it comes to shyness, we are our own worst enemy - imagining the worst about ourselves. "Self-esteem" was a word that you probably first heard when you were in grade school, along with others like "respect", "integrity", and "motivation" all hung up as posters in the classroom should have been a clear indicator of trying to tell you something - how much they would eventually impact your life.

Backpacking offers many rewarding experience and enlightenment for those who want to seek excitement and thrills, learn new things, witness different culture, gain new perspectives, understand the world, meet and make new friends around the world ... and the list goes on and on.

Mess here, clutter there, and chaos everywhere ... ruining your concentration and killing your productivity - that you just can't seem to get things done. On top of that, you have a very hectic schedule or worse, no schedule at all for that matter, with all the things you have to do and that are happening in your discontent life, all stressing you out and causing confusion.

Let me guess, you are looking for a getaway. By getaway, I mean vacation. Ah yes, the vacation that you've been dreaming about all year. Well you certainly deserved to! After all, what's the point of living and not enjoying?

First off, if you want to achieve anything worthwhile, you have to absolutely be on top of your A-game - however, not all of us can sustain our very best all the time. Whenever there is any sign of struggle or setback making you want to quit, that is when your limit is truly being tested. You can either give up, or push yourself past that threshold into a new peak mental state you never knew you had before, surprising even yourself.

Critical thinking is a skill you can use and have to improve your day-to-day function and productivity, by allowing you to think sharply and clearly to easily solve problems, and make better decisions within your life.
