A serial killer is targeting US congressmen. Veteran FBI agent Colt McLean is assigned leadership of the task force established to stop the madness. The killer leaves a note at each scene citing a Bible verse. The victims are all male Democrats, but their passions vary from Islamic terrorism to immigration, sanctuary cities, and even sexual harassment. Is the serial killer a Republican trying to ensure control of the House of Representatives, a Democrat taking revenge because the victim may have supported a Republican issue, or a religious zealot who has gone off the deep end?
