The Mind-Body connection is a critical part of Pilates. Yet, this Mind-Body connection is missing in most Pilates, classes and trainings. Instead, these classes and trainings focus on the knowledge and mechanics of just using our bodies properly and pushing us to develop our core. Using our bodies properly is very important, but that is just a small part of Pilates. The true magic of Pilates comes from the Mind-Body connection. This book focuses on just the Mind-Body connection and NOT the mechanical and academic aspects of using the body properly.

Biology found some things called "mirror neurons" and they are doing the "romanticizing" by mirroring or copying the major influences of a person. This "romanticizing" is all happening below our conscious awareness. We don't even know it is happening! Humans are being controlled by their influences! Is this crazy or what? I thought I controlled my life, ... but I don't! My influences control my life!

If you want results, you have to do the work! Many people have trouble getting themselves to do "the work" required to get the caliber of results they want. They have dreams and set goals and find they just can't get the work done. Getting the work done is the stumbling block. Unblock the "work" stumbling block and you will own "The Results!"

Most people die with their dream still inside them. Even the ones that go for what they claim are dreams, they are more escape dreams. It's the way it is, ... but it doesn't have to be that way anymore. Just because we directly move our arms and legs, we think we control our lives directly. Many direct forced methods seem logical, but are very misguided. We control our lives INDIRECTLY. Learning to control your INDIRECT Power will change your life and possibly let you love your life and make your dream come true.

It is no secret that it takes hard work to accomplish a dream. Loving to do that work is rare and most likely accidental, ... until now! Falling in love with the work to make a dream come true, is no longer a secret either! If you love the work, you will do the work. If you do the work, ... your dream will come true! Understanding written material at 2,000 words per minute (wpm) may sound like speed reading. This may be splitting hairs, but I would like to limit the term "reading" to verbal reading. Understanding written material at 2,000 wpm doesn't happen with verbal reading. It happens by Vicoding. Visually (Vi) looking at the words or code (code) and silently going directly to understand it...is Vicoding. Vicoding is how you directly understand written words or code at 2,000 words per minute, not by verbal reading. These are two distinct processes.

This is a new method of training for humans. Most people are confused about how to train themselves. This confusion has led to a lot of frustration and poor self images. Renegading and vicoding are tools for the self-made humans that will take this world to the next level.
