In the remote South African bush, the Ballantynes have captured the villainous Josef Gerhard and made him their prisoner. After his monstrous predasaurs unleashed a deadly virus on the world, and he framed the Ballantynes for it, he deserves to pay. But Robyn and Ralph are also racing to get the newly created vaccine for the disease out before it's too late, and stop Gerhard's partner in crime, President Mbato, from snatching power once again. It's time to leave the wilderness and head to the city for the final showdown.

Ralph and Robyn live at Crocodile Lodge, their family ranch in South Africa, where they help with the animals, aid the conservation effort and learn the land. That is, until a mysterious predator starts terrorising the reserve. On the trail for answers, the siblings discover the fearsome culprit: the largest crocodile they've ever seen, uncannily similar to the long-extinct Sarcosuchus Ralph recognises from his favourite game, Predasaur. And when a nearby village is ravaged by a deadly disease, the stakes are higher than ever.

His beastly man-made predasaurs have unleashed a deadly virus and only the Ballantynes have the evidence to prove it. They need to regroup and plan their next move if they want to stop him before it's too late and find a cure for the virus.

But deep in the forest, dangers lurk; poachers are circling, and Gerhard has a brand-new creation he wants to show off, if he can lure the Ballantynes to its lair.

I have wanted to be a legitimate author ever since graduate school. I got the writing bug after spending nearly six months of writing my thesis and I actually enjoyed it. I had no trouble starting to write books, but I rarely got past the first chapter. After years and years of these false starts, I finally figured out a method of writing that works in the cracks of time within my insanely busy schedule created by being a high-level executive in a sizable corporation, an involved father of two kids, and a dedicated husband.
