A leader in the commercial real estate field, Mike Lipsey first burst on the national scene in 1981, when his Louisiana-based firm was acquired by the commercial group of Coldwell Banker. From that time on, Mike has parlayed earlier achievements into continued success, most notably in the acquisition of office buildings, apartment complexes and shopping centers throughout the Gulf South.

The memoir reflects upon my small-town roots, beginning in Southern Illinois as the son of a Pentecostal preacher who was, by day, a coal miner. It examines how these roots influenced me to build two ministries in the Episcopal Church that served people with AIDS and their care-givers.

However, he has been painted as a psychological maniac killer and his wife, Natalia, is viewed as an unsuitable First Lady because of her past as a KGB operative.

John Thomas Rourke's world is now roughly one-third of what it was; everything above latitude 35 degrees north and below latitude 35 degrees south is encased in glacial ice. The geography drastically changed but little else did. Maniacs and evil had still tried to dominate those who wanted to be free. Days became weeks, weeks became months and months turned into years as he battled and vanquished the enemies of humanity in every form and shape damnation threw at him.

Today's real estate marketing is more challenging than it has ever been. The only way you can become successful is by being as well educated as possible. You simply need to know all facts, and no one can teach you what you need to know better than the men who regularly teach industry professionals: Mike Lipsey and Jerry Anderson.

Let's face it. Just as with any other kind of investment, you can make a mint or lose your shirt in commercial real estate ventures. Usually, however, it is the gamblers and the novices who lose and the knowledgeable insiders and prudent investors who gain. Real Estate, a program endorsed by the National Association of Realtors, is not a "get rich quick" program. It has been developed for the serious commercial real estate investor... the person who looks before he leaps.
