In the first two volumes of the 'Quantum Series', a group of earth-based quantum and astro-physicists working on quantum entanglement, manage to accidentally communicate with an exoplanet about forty lightyears away. Even though they realized this was impossible, they continued their experiments, resulting in an 'interstellar' liaison of historic proportions, opening up a new era in the science of communications, political and scientific cooperation.

We saw in the first of the Quantum series that a teenager at a science fair gets mixed up with a parent’s "quantum entanglement" experiment, a phenomenon that Einstein said was impossible. This quirk of the quantum world, through a little help from these Earth scientists, results in a communication link with similar scientist on a recently discovered exoplanet.

When a friend and colleague of Jake Prescott dies mysteriously during a morning run in Stanley Park, Vancouver Police involve Jake in the case. Jake discovers that his archenemy, Kurt Landau is behind not only his friend's death, but the death of many others. Before long, Jake is once again involved in an international chase to find out who is killing off the scientists who bear the bad news about global warming. While in Europe at his friend's funeral, Jake meets Sabrina, a beautiful woman who has a few surprises up her sleeve.

A couple of students accidentally get their science fair project mixed up with an experiment in "quantum entanglement". A mysterious message is received via this "impossible" phenomenon.

The spiral message of 242 figures stamped on both sides of the disc has remained undecipherable for over 100 years by the world's top archaeologists and cryptologists.

WESTCOAST CHRONICLES In the third of the 'Westcoast Series, we explore the exciting events and history of Victoria and British Columbia's west coast through the last half of the 1800's. Slowly, they realize that all the efforts and analysis they had accomplished in the previous year might have been concentrated on the wrong industry.

Sarah Thompson, a Delta police constable, is horrified when her friend and Vancouver police detective is brazenly kidnapped by a major crime gang. Working with these detectives to free her friend and colleague, they learn of a massive shipment of drugs on its way to the container port in Delta. Two competing crime families know of this shipment, and are anxious to get their hands on some of the hundreds of millions of dollars involved.
