В первой серии мальчик Йойо знакомится с говорящим лисёнком Нукой и впервые оказывается на другом берегу ручья, где, как ему известно, "всё по-другому". Ещё один новый друг – тигр Клевер – рассказывает им о странностях, происходящих в лесу.

Everyone bands together to refill the creek. However, the water level continues to decrease--much to their dismay--and Jojo blames himself for causing the land to lose its magic power. What else can the animals do to stop that from happening?...

Jojo, a little boy who can run really fast, comes across a talking miniature fox called 'Yoohoo' one day. He follows Yoohoo home, to the forest on the other side of where he lives, and embarks on a magical adventure into the unknown...

Jojo is treated to a bowl of delicious soup at Yoohoo's underground house and meets Clover, a tiger who can draw really well, for the first time. Jojo is amazed by Clover's magical ability to bring his drawings and pictures to life...

After multiple failed attempts, Jojo and the animals finally learn that the source of all magic is friendship – there is unity is strength and the magic get its power from their friendship. By working together to restore the water level in the creek, they have mixed the magic of both sides to...

The water level in the creek is fast decreasing and Jojo comes up with a plan to get water from his house—on the other side of the land—to refill the creek. Clover summons animals from all parts of the forest to help them on their mission...

The all-knowing Great Wise One tells Jojo, Yoohoo and Clover that the water in the creek which surrounds their land is going down, and the less water there is, the less magic. The three friends put on their thinking caps to try and solve the problem together...

Jojo joins Yoohoo and Clover on a journey to go see the Great Wise One and seek its advice. To get there, they need to fly to the edge of The Different Land with the help of a show-the-wayer, a large yellow bird drawn by Clover...

Strange things are happening to The Different Land – Clover is thrown off a tree, the mushrooms are losing their colours, and the birds sound hoarser than usual. Just what is happening to the magic in their world?...

Jojo and the animals are at a loss. A centipede suggests they try reversing the situation and stop the magic from disappearing by retracing their steps along the exact same route. They almost succeed...

В восьмой серии Йойо повторяет свое путешествие по Стране, в которой всё по-другому, задом наперёд. Магия возвращается в Волшебный лес, но лисёнок Нука падает в ручей.

В седьмой серии все жители Волшебного леса соглашаются помочь Йойо, Клеверу и Нуке наполнить ручей водой. Однако план срывается и Йойо понимает, что магия Страны, где всё по-другому, исчезает из-за него.
