While on vacation, journalist Sandy Travis and her fiance Tom are in a horrendous helicopter accident. The crash causes Tom to have a near-death experience - he sees an ethereal figure who sends him back to the living, so he can accomplish more with his life. After Tom is revived by Sandy, he describes to her his experience. He tells her about being sent back by an Angel so he could achieve more with the living. As it turns out... Tom is wrong.
