This podcast is for people who are done outsourcing their health, their discipline, and their responsibility to pills, injections, peptides, and quick fixes that silence symptoms but destroy systems. I am a clinical Nutritionist, gym owner, and "Hormone Reset" coach - but more than that, I am someone who lived in a body that did not work. I was told it was "normal", and watched and entire industry profit off keeping people dependent instead of healed!!
