President Annette Henry Thompson, the first woman president of the United States, has been kidnapped by Mexican and al-Qaeda terrorists. Secretary of Defense Baker tasks Dare Phillips and the Black Eagle Force to go deep into Mexico in the southern Sierra Madre Mountains to affect her rescue.

President Annette Henry Thompson calls on the BEF to intercept 'suitcase nuclear devices' headed to a Mexican terrorist group planning to detonate the nukes in the US. The nukes and 20 female sex slaves are being held by a notorious terrorist arms dealer and human trafficker on his heavily defended island in the Gulf of Mexico.

Between the Indian Nations and Texas lies an area on the south side of the Red River that was once the winter camp for the likes of the notorious guerrillas William Clarke Quantrill, Bloody Bill Anderson and later, the James Gang - known as Delaware Bend.

A restless spirit and a sacred white wolf send a fiery redheaded widow to nurse him back to health. Bass and his other partner, Jed Neal are sent to find the missing McGann, but are sidetracked into helping US Deputy Marshal Selden Lindsey track down Bill Dalton, the last of the old time outlaws.
