In the Bible, the Book of Revelation is often considered a book about events that will take place in our future. The Beast will come, the number 666 will happen, etc. What is often overlooked, however, is that Jesus gave the contents of Revelation to John in about 95 AD. So everything written in the book was future to that time period, future to 95 AD.

The Book of Revelation was written by Jesus himself, through the Apostle John, in approximately 90-95 AD. John wrote down notes and detailed world events that would happen in his future.
