It’s February, and Kayla Washington is selling chocolate candy bars to raise money for a gymnastics tournament. She brings a couple of boxes to school to sell to her classmates. When she accidentally leaves the boxes outside along with the envelope filled with money, someone has taken it! It’s up to Mo to investigate what happened. Who took the candy along with the money, and why?

In this playful story, a rascally monster with zany blue hair is discovered living under little Elizabeth Sue Gloo's stairs. He is the culprit behind many mischiefs that occur in the house—hiding socks from the laundry, tormenting the cats, chipping the good china, and using dad's toothbrush to groom the dog. Finally exasperated at his antics, Elizabeth gives the little scamp a firm talking-to, resulting in some surprising tears from the Gorgle.
