Summary
An enchanting and beautiful Butterfly Princess named Nova is given a magic satchel by Grandmother Spirit to bring the dream of spring to Earth’s Forest animals each year. After placing fall colors into a bag, Nova releases them each spring, and a kaleidoscope of butterflies emerges to nourish the flowers. The trees sprout their buds, and the birds sing their springtime lyrics. A clever fox named Tokala has other ideas for the magic satchel. There may be no dream of spring this year, and Nova is heartbroken , , , But with the help of her forest friends and a little butterfly magic, Nova and the forest animals try to outwit the fox and bring spring’s renewal back to the earth.
