Jodi Taylor returns to the Audible Studios to talk with Robin Morgan about the latest installment in her Chronicles of St. Mary's series, her thoughts on the narrator of her audiobooks and her plans for Christmas.

Named one of Time magazine’s most influential people in the world, Jeff Kinney has now published the 13th book in the series, The Meltdown.

Known for his award-winning travel documentaries such as Places That Don’t Exist and Tropic of Cancer, alongside his books on international terrorism and modern history, Simon Reeve has now published a memoir of his adventures, Step by Step. Simon Reeve talks to us about his latest book and his unusual education and career trajectory and tells us his key piece of safety advice.

Markus Zusak visits Audible to discuss his latest novel, the much-awaited Bridge of Clay, 13 years after his last book published. In Bridge of Clay, listeners will be transported to Australia and follow the story of five brothers living in a house without grown-ups. But what happens when their father walks back into their lives? Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about not one but two recent audio projects is actor and comedian Matt Lucas. Matt is well known for Little Britain and Come Fly with Me but has many more strings to his bow - adding the narration of Charles’ Dickens epic Great Expectations to his achievements, along with performing Fagin in the audio drama Dodge and Twist. At a finished time of 20 hours and 39 minutes long, narrating Great Expectations was no mean feat. It has, though, been met with rave reviews - so time well spent!

Anthony Horowitz is an international best-selling author, journalist and playwright. As one of Britain's greatest living storytellers, we invited Anthony to our studios for the second time. He chatted about his career, personal life and latest release, The Word Is Murder. With a modern twist on the classic crime novel, fans will not be disappointed with this captivating thriller.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Heather Morris, an author whose debut novel, The Tattooist of Auschwitz, was a huge success. Morris grew up in New Zealand and has split her adult life between there and Australia. Morris worked in the Social Work Department at Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne from 1995-2017. During this time, Morris decided to pursue her love of storytelling and enrolled in a professional scriptwriting course. In 2003, her life and career path changed. She was introduced to Lale Sokolov, upon whose story she based The Tattooist of Auschwitz.

Joining us at Audible Studios is Kerry Daynes, an English forensic psychologist and consultant who has worked as an expert witness and within the family law courts as well as opening her own private practices. Daynes has released her new book, The Dark Side of the Mind: True Stories from My Life as a Forensic Psychologist. Kerry Dayes has worked in maximum security prisons and secure hospitals, working alongside some of the most complex and challenging criminals and victims of crime.

Joining us in the Audible Studios is Welsh actor Alexander Vlahos. In this interview, Alexander tells us what he likes about narrating and what it’s like to be an actor. Vlahos narrates H. G. Wells’ The First Men in the Moon, a scientific romance novel first published in 1901. Following protagonists Mr Bedford and Dr Cavor, listeners indulge in their journey to the moon, where they come across the sophisticated insectlike creatures ‘Selenites’.

Joining us in the Audible Studios for a second time, on this occasion to talk about her first audio drama, The Infirmary, is British author of the best-selling DCI Ryan mystery novels LJ Ross. Spending most of her 20s as a regulatory lawyer, LJ Ross published her first novel in the DCI Ryan series, Holy Island, in 2015.
