Hola mi nombre es Laura, y me nació la idea de hacer este podcast porque cuando me estaba acercando a mis 50 me empezaron a surgir muchas dudas , preguntas e inquietudes con respecto a mi vida y quise saber si soy la única que me encontraba en esta situación. El propósito de este podcast es tener un espacio donde podamos expresar lo que nos está pasando tanto en nuestro cuerpo como en nuestra mentes sin sentirnos mal o juzgadas, que nuestro seres queridos puedan empatizar con nosotras.
