After battling with depression, anxiety, rejection, and every form of abuse you can think of – some times self-inflected and other times from the hands of those that should have protected me - and now I get to enjoy the miracle of a life full of peace, love, joy, hope, laughter, and a future. I wrote this book because I want you to experience and enjoy those things too. Imagine a day when anger does not rule your every decision, or picture having the ability to see and receive love, would not that be amazing?
