The web has given us both capacity and speed: but progressive change seems to be something perpetually in the air, rarely manifesting, even more rarely staying with us.

The Socialist Scholars Conference, held every spring in New York City for the last 23 years, is the largest event of the U.S. Left. Sanders has, in short, helped cohere a new movement in American politics.
