Originally published in 1928, the second and final Winnie-the-Pooh volume by A.A. Milne follows Pooh Bear and the rest of his friends living in the Hundred Acre Wood—including the newest addition to the cast, Tigger.

The House at Pooh Corner is the second book about the adventures of the thoughtful bear Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends. A particular feature of the book is the introduction of a new character, the ebullient Tigger. Fortunately for Pooh, Tiger dislikes honey, but it is later discovered that he likes Malt, which can be found in abundance at the house of Kanga and Roo.

This anthology of thirty-five children's poems was first published in 1927. It is the second collection by Milne of children's poetry, following When We Were Very Young, which was released in 1924. Now We Are Six is notable for the appearance of the lovable bear, Winnie the Pooh who is featured in several poems and whose adventures are described in the Winnie The Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner.
