Miles from Ordinary Podcast, hosted by Bex Milnes and Jess Learmonth. Bex is an Endurance Coach, specialising in all things triathlon. Bex has coached cross the breadth of the sport working with ITU, Paralympic and Commonwealth games medalists. Bex now coaches Pro Triathletes and AG athletes over the 70.3 and Ironman distances.


Jess is a professional triathlete having competed in the 2020 Olympic games, winning gold in the Mixed team relay. More recently she has moved to long course triathlon and can be frequently seen tearing up the rule book and impacting the race dynamic in T100 racing.


This podcast is aimed to engage with the sporting community, involving ‘weekly topics’ and ‘coaches corner’ where listeners can send in their stories, experiences and questions.
