This is an audio recording of The Article of the Second Impeachment Against Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, issued by the 117th Congress (1st Session), with the Majority Staff of the House Committee on the Judiciary on January 13, 2021. This document charges President Donald J. Trump with committing high crimes and misdemeanors, specifically incitement of insurrection.
