Since the doldrums of the COVID pandemic, I have journaled to document my reflections. The collection of poems in Tears from the Abyss has been curated from my journal. Each poem is a rendering of an actual experience, which I invite the listener to interpret and uncover. The poems render a spectrum of dark emotions, from heartache to regret to longing, among others. The abstract language used is purposeful, with the aim of creating a puzzle for the listener to solve.

Die Autorin geht in ihrer Poesie besonders auf die Themen Mut, persönliche Weiterentwicklung, authentische Lebensweise und die Erkenntnis der Einzigartigkeit jedes Lebens ein, für die man angesichts der menschlichen Endlichkeit auch kämpfen und "unbequem" sein sollte. Untermalt wird das Poetische durch den Musiker Armin Eichinger.
