Da quel momento, i morti di Acca Larentia diventano icone intoccabili del neofascismo. Questa storia ricomincia il 30 aprile 1987, quando viene arrestato Mario Scrocca, un militante di estrema sinistra. Secondo gli inquirenti, Scrocca avrebbe fatto parte del commando che colpì ad Acca Larentia.
