West vereinbart ein geheimes Treffen mit Godspeed. Kurz darauf findet Julia ihren Kollegen verletzt und mit Gedächtnisverlust auf einem Rastplatz. Die SE Glashaus kommt auf eine neue Spur: ein möglicher Verdächtiger wird festgenommen. Der Mann kooperiert nicht. Was müssen sie tun, um Ihn zum Reden zu bringen? West, Julia und Torsten recherchieren auf eigene Faust weiter und kommen einer bis dato unbekannten Hackertruppe auf die Spur.

Ein deutschlandweiter Stromausfall sorgt für einen Ausnahmezustand im ganzen Land. Godspeed hat es geschafft, die gesamte Bevölkerung in Panik zu versetzen. Die SE Glashaus läuft auf Notstrom und die Zeit arbeitet gegen sie. Es wird immer deutlicher, dass Godspeed die Tat von langer Hand geplant hat. Doch was will er erreichen?.

Nordkorea lässt seine Truppen an der Grenze zum Süden aufmarschieren: die Regierung in Pjöngjang droht mit Vergeltung für die Bombardierung einer ihrer Militärstützpunkte durch den Süden. Sicherheitsexperten in aller Welt sind alarmiert: Bahnt sich ein internationaler Konflikt an? Kann die deutsche Kanzlerin intervenieren? Torsten hat noch einen anderen Verdacht: War der Blackout in Deutschland vielleicht nur das Vorspiel für ein globales Inferno?

Vor der Glashaus-Zentrale detoniert eine Bombe. Auf dem Überwachungsvideo ist ein junges Mädchen zu sehen, das einen Rucksack abstellt und dann verschwindet. Ist sie vielleicht die Attentäterin? Mittlerweile legt Godspeed die Existenz der Sonderheit im Fernsehen offen, und der Druck ihn zu finden wächst weiter. Da meldet sich das Mädchen vom Überwachungsvideo mit einem Hilferuf auf Youtube: Sie wurde entführt und fürchtet um ihr Leben.

Julia wird von Beamten des LKA verhaftet. Der Verdacht: Sie soll Glashaus ausspioniert haben. Arbeitet sie etwa im Auftrag von Godspeed? West kann diese Anschuldigung nicht glauben und fängt an, auf eigene Faust zu ermitteln. Auch die SE Glashaus begibt sich auf Spurensuche. Warninger verlangt, dass Torsten Radinger sich auf illegales Terrain begibt, um an Godspeed heranzukommen.

Zahllose Meldungen von verheerenden Terroranschlägen erschüttern die Welt: Flugzeugabstürze, Explosionen, Brückeneinstürze. Es ist die schlimmste Terrorwelle seit 9/11. Und natürlich hat Godspeed auch hier seine Finger im Spiel. Die Regierung um Kanzlerin Aglaia Schächter ist außer sich und erhöht den Druck auf Glashaus-Chef Warninger: Godspeed muss gefasst werden - koste es, was es wolle!
