It marked the onset of what I now refer to as 'Day One,' a day that began like any other but swiftly transformed into a battleground against an unforeseeable adversary – a stroke. In an instant, the comforting rhythm of my career, lifestyle, and the environment I had grown accustomed to was shattered, leaving me grappling with the abruptness of this new reality
