• Yule Monsters, Christmas Ghost Stories & Romcoms - 'WHY?' Holiday Bonus
    Dec 23 2025

Thank you to those of you sharing my podcast! This bonus episode had to be a quick recording due to life circumstances but I wanted to sum up some research I did on the history of the popularity of telling ghost stories at Christmas time and during Yule. Of course, how these got me thinking about the popularity of romcoms.

Please forgive the quailty of the recording.

"Don't text your ex." Is that sound advice or just click bait? In this episode of "What's Haunting You?" I share some thoughts on the current, disruptive energies and how to feel empowered during times of chaos or confusion.

  • WHY Bonus - Alewives, Wortcunners & Witches - Oh My!
    Oct 27 2025

I was excited to use Halloween as an excuse to talk about Alewives and how they likely became the blueprint to the scary witch trope we know today. I share a bit of a medieval poem used to disparage a female brew master at the beginning just for fun but you can skip that and go to 4:12 for the podcast.

    Happy Halloween!

  • WHY Mini-Episode - Scorpio Season Story
    Oct 22 2025

We're getting deeper into the darkness now. With that in mind I wanted to briefly share a paranormal experience I had and what it taught me. I'm hoping my message comes across in the spirit of which it's conveyed. We all have our place in the world and areas in which we excel but it doesn't mean "gifts" are exclusive.

I will be taking the rest of the year off for the holidays but will post bonus episodes as I'm able. Please like and subscribe to watch or listen as I'm able to post them. Then in 2026 I'll have a more consistent schedule now that I know more about what I want to create here.

    Thank you!! Ms. Micah

  • WHY - Ancestors and Death Journeys
    Oct 14 2025

Expanding on the previous episode where we discussed liminal spaces, in this episode we look at how different cultures viewed the journey of death as well as transitions in life. How did their beliefs shape our world now? Is there anything we can still learn from them?

  • WHY - Liminal Spaces, What Are They and Why Do They Matter?
    Oct 7 2025

Only recently did I realize what liminal spaces were when I was going through a liminal space myself. Liminal spaces can change who you are physically, psychologically, and spiritually so understanding when you're experiencing a liminal space and what to expect can make this time so much easier.

  • WHY - Fear State vs. Love State - Where Our Power Lies
    Sep 30 2025

We tend to forget what we're capable of and unfortunately, we often forget our strength and power when we need to remember it most.

In this episode we explore the basics of what happens to our brain and body when in different emotional states, especially what fear does to us over time.
