William Goldberg, founder of Oak & Grist, is an artisan first.  With a natural curiosity for craft and dogged determination to create a product “the right way”, William holds himself to the highest of standards; his own.  Under the guidance of a retired Scottish master distiller, William tips his cap to the past traditions while carving his own, new path forward. The results are delicately balanced spirits brewed, fermented, distilled and aged all under one roof.

Who are you and what are you doing here?  If you ask the one and only Dan Roselli, the answer is entrepreneur, mentor, advocate. And man, is he doing tons of awesome work!
