Here, Audrey details a 5 step process that she went through to heal her unresolved anger towards her mother, allowing her to achieve the forgiveness needed to set her free from her resentments and projections.

Additionally, Audrey draws on her personal experience going to therapy to detail the value of reaching out for help.
