Hello people of the world. Welcome to the twenty-ology podcast! In today's episode we talk about the male gaze. When we talk about the male gaze, we are referring to the sexualization of women imposed predominately by straight men. We share our experiences of growing up as a girl as well as the transition of becoming a young woman and the obstacles we have faced along the way. We discuss topics such as puberty, catcalling, relationships, eating disorders and sexual assault.

Social Media. You either love it or hate. Or you can be in a confusing state where you love and hate it. In today's episode we share some of our experiences with it and how it affects mental health, relationships with yourself and others. So basically we are shitting on social media for an hour straight. Kidding... kinda.
