Caroline has held positions in nursing recruitment as a Hospital Nurse Recruiter as well as Travel Nurse Recruiter. She also has years of experience in Nurse Management roles at both a large level I trauma center and small community hospital. Caroline managed all nursing hires within her respective units while in nursing leadership. Her true passion is coaching nurses as they advance their careers and grow professionally.
