• Crest of Friendship | How to Transform Your Life | Digimon
    Mar 2 2026

In this week’s episode, I share with you the 4th installment of this 10-week series of How to Transform Your Life inspired by Matt and Gabumon’s story surrounding their journey regarding the Crest of Friendship.

Today, I will be sharing with you my struggles surrounding friendship and the lessons I have learned from many failed friendships in the past. These lessons are about the importance in healing the chip on our shoulder, overcoming the fears of our past, and learning to trust ourselves so our friends and loved ones can trust us.

Through Matt’s story we learn just how important it is that we learn how to be our own friend first so we are able to communicate our appreciation to those that we hold close. In doing so, we can grow together and discover the true meaning of friendship is all about recognizing the value we see in others so we can succeed together!

  • How to Transform Your Life: Digimon Crest of Love
    Feb 23 2026

In this week’s episode, I share with you the 3rd installment of this 10-week series of How to Transform Your Life with the help of the lessons I learned from Digimon in the digital world.

Today’s episode, I talk about the Crest of Love and share with you how love is always the answer in creating the best solutions to protect and heal each other from unprecedented problems and/or even past mistakes.

Sora and Biyomon teach us that in order to love one another we must also see each other for who we really are so we can have the best understanding behind the intentions in what we do for each other.

So let’s bring love back into our solutions and let love fuel our inner strength. With love the impossible can become possible and together nothing can get in our way of making the world a better place for everyone!

  • How to Transform Your Life: Digimon Crest of Knowledge
    Feb 16 2026

In this week’s episode, I share with you the second installment of this 10-week series diving in deep to the digital world to share with you the lessons I learned from Digimon.

Today’s episode, I talk about the Crest of Knowledge and share with you the importance of remaining curious and how important it is to learn from each other.

The biggest lesson I learned from Izzy and Tentamon’s story and what they overcame together is how we can easily miss out on the solution if we are only seeking the answers to control or dominate certain outcomes or circumstances.

So let’s remain curious in our journey to knowledge and find the fun in our work and our lives together!

  • How to Transform Your Life: Digimon Crest of Courage
    Feb 9 2026

In this week’s episode, I kickoff a 10-week series diving in deep to the digital world with the intention to share with you the lessons I learned from the digital crests in Digimon.

Today’s episode, I talk about the crest of courage and clarify that courage isn’t dominance and that if we approach life from an unhealthy competitive spirit we will all lose.

Understanding the importance of courage and what it looks and sounds like in Tai and Agumon’s story, I believe will help us all know that whatever tomorrow brings we can weather any storm if we let ourselves surrender to the spirit of courage that lives within us all.

  • Why Is Telling the Truth So Hard? Ugh!!
    Feb 2 2026

In this week’s episode, I talk about the importance of telling the truth and living an honest life.

We review the benefits and consequences when clarity comes to the table, how withholding the truth can be just as bad as telling a lie, and also how we are all the drivers sitting in the driver’s seat of our own lives.

This episode isn’t meant to preach but to let you see me as I am for who I am and that I am no different than you.

Through my work and in me sharing my testimony, I hope to show you that inner peace isn’t handed to you but built by the choices and decisions that we make in our lives.

So I encourage you to build your inner peace in truth and remember that you can’t fix something or someone who enjoys being broken.

  • ACCEPTANCE: How and Why Things Are Not What They Seem
    Jan 31 2026

In this surprise episode release, I talk about how and why acceptance isn’t a beautiful thing but is actually the clarity that we need to hear.

I also talk more about my past, bring some more understanding to past episodes, and talk about the experiences that have made me who I am and the lessons I have learned so far.

There is still so much happening behind the scenes in Theo’s Coffee Break, but we are taking it one day at a time. And the effort and consistency and continuing to show up will lead us right where we need to be.

  • How To Be Sincere In an Apology and Moving Forward with Forgiveness
    Jan 26 2026

In this week’s episode we breakdown how to be sincere with an apology with the advice from Michelle Farris’ video Relationships That Work.

We also talk about how to move forward with forgiveness and in what ways apology and forgiveness work in tandem.

Nobody is perfect and mistakes will be made. That is why authenticity is so important especially when it comes to how we show up for ourselves and the world around us.

  • KEEP GOING: I WILL NOT BE SILENT AND I CANNOT BE SILENCED
    Jan 21 2026

In this surprise episode release of KEEP GOING: I WILL NOT BE SILENT AND I CANNOT BE SILENCED, I talk about the importance of doing good things, karma, and letting go of expectations surrounding unjust outcomes regarding my small business Shin Hoo Yong Music Enterprise LLC.

Sometimes the answer is finding a way to keep going with a broken heart. Even when you have every reason to turn tail and give up, you have to remember the reason why you started in the first place.

So in the wise words of Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous warning: "We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools.” This is why we must keep going and never be discouraged from continuing to do the right thing even if there is every reason why we should give up hope.
